Privacy Policy

This policy describes how information is handled in Austral Stream, an application published under the Astra Tools name.

1. Sources and credentials added by the user

Austral Stream does not provide any subscription or audiovisual content. Server addresses, credentials, M3U playlists and settings added by the user are stored locally on the device to connect to the user’s own source.

Requests for channels, movies, TV shows and TV guides are made between the device and the source configured by the user. Astra Tools does not host this content.

2. Data stored on the device

The app may store preferences, favourites, schedules, operational history, recordings, downloads, player choices and permission states locally. These items can be removed from the app, by clearing its data or by uninstalling it.

3. Demo Mode

Demo Mode uses media included or intended for demonstration and does not require an IPTV account.

4. Android permissions

Depending on the features used, Austral Stream may request permission to display notifications, schedule exact alarms, operate without battery restrictions, use picture-in-picture mode and access only files selected by the user.

5. Advertising and consent

The free version may display ads through third-party services, including Google AdMob and, depending on the device or configuration, Yandex Advertising Network. These services may process technical information such as IP address, device characteristics, advertising identifiers and ad interactions, subject to applicable consent and their own policies.

Where required, a consent tool is provided so users can select the available advertising options. Read the Google Privacy Policy and the Yandex Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and Premium subscription

Purchases in the Google Play version are processed by Google Play. Astra Tools receives only the technical information needed to verify purchase status and unlock the corresponding features. Payment data is handled by Google.

7. Website

This presentation website is static and currently uses no audience measurement tool or advertising cookie. It provides app information, support pages and legal documents.

8. Retention and rights

9. Intended audience

Austral Stream is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable in their country.
